Upon your first payment plan payment you will have full access to your courses and be able to complete your courses and receive a certificate of completion and have your CEs registered with your local and/or national board as applicable.

If a future payment is missed, we'll reach out and provide a 30-day grace period to resolve the payment. During that time, your course access and reported completion remain unaffected.

If the payment issue is not resolved within the 30-day notice period, your course access may be temporarily paused until your payment plan is brought current. If we have already reported your course completion to a licensing board or CE reporting system, we reserve the right to request that the completion be reversed or withdrawn until the account is brought back into good standing.

Once your payment plan is current, your course access and any applicable reporting will be promptly restored.
