Refund Policy – Effective 2026

Massage CEs provides instant-access digital continuing education programs designed for licensed massage therapists and healthcare professionals. Because all educational materials are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

By purchasing any course or bundle from Massage CEs, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Delivery & Immediate Access

All Massage CEs courses, videos, written materials, quizzes, and certificates are delivered digitally through your online account and become accessible immediately upon purchase. Once access has been granted, the product is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and may only be approved if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The course or bundle has not been accessed
  • No lessons, videos, or downloadable materials have been opened
  • No quizzes or exams have been started
  • No certificate has been issued or generated
  • No continuing education hours have been reported to any board or credentialing organization

If any portion of the course has been accessed or used, the purchase is considered active and no refund will be issued.

3. Bundles & Multi-Course Purchases

For course bundles, refunds are only available if none of the included courses have been accessed or started. Accessing any individual course within a bundle voids refund eligibility for the entire bundle.

4. Certificates & License Reporting

Once a certificate of completion has been issued, downloaded, or CE hours have been reported to any licensing board or credentialing organization, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable. Licensing boards typically do not allow credits to be reversed once submitted.

5. Payment Processing Fees

Payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal charge non-refundable transaction fees for every purchase. If a refund is approved, applicable processing fees (typically 3–5% of the transaction plus any fixed processing charge) may be deducted from the refund amount. Orders canceled or refunded due to suspected fraud, abuse, excessive purchasing, coupon manipulation, or misuse of the platform may also be subject to deduction of non-refundable processing fees.

6. Fraud Prevention & Platform Integrity

To protect the integrity of licensing systems and educational standards, Massage CEs reserves the right to deny refunds, revoke course access, withhold certificates, block accounts, or restrict future purchases if activity suggests:

  • Repeated or excessive refund requests
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Duplicate or bulk purchasing patterns
  • Coupon misuse or promotional abuse
  • False licensure information
  • Attempts to manipulate reporting systems

Accounts found to be engaging in abusive or fraudulent behavior may be terminated without refund.

7. Ordering Errors & Course Exchanges

If you accidentally purchase the wrong course, please contact us within 24 hours at:

If the course has not been accessed, we may offer a course exchange at our discretion.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed or partially completed courses
  • Issued or downloaded certificates
  • Reported continuing education hours
  • Partially used bundles
  • Account sharing or misuse
  • Licensing board denial or individual eligibility issues
