These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flash Acu CEUs website (“Website”) and all services, courses, and educational products provided by Golden Nuggets LLC, doing business as Flash Acu CEUs and Massage CEs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, purchasing, or continuing to use this Website or any educational product, you provide electronic consent and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility & Use of the Website
1.1 Eligibility
Courses are offered to:
Licensed acupuncturists
Licensed massage therapists
Students enrolled in accredited acupuncture or massage therapy programs
Healthcare professionals seeking continuing education
Members of the general public for non-credentialed educational courses, including dietary, acupressure and pain-relief technique courses
You certify that all information you provide regarding licensure, enrollment, and credentials is accurate and truthful.
1.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, transferred, or accessed by multiple users.
Golden Nuggets LLC may rely on account login records, IP data, course activity logs, platform analytics, and system records as evidence of account use, course access, and participation in the event of disputes, refund requests, or chargebacks.
1.3 Course License
Your purchase grants a single-user, limited license for personal educational use only.
You may not share, resell, duplicate, distribute, or provide course access, certificates, or materials to any other person or organization.
2. Intellectual Property
All Website content, videos, manuals, quizzes, certificates, graphics, and educational materials are the exclusive property of Golden Nuggets LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, AI training, scraping, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.
3. Payments, Purchases & Fraud Protection
3.1 Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected courses or bundles.
3.2 Quantity Limits & Abuse Prevention
Courses are licensed for individual use. Bulk purchases, repeated purchases, or duplicate orders without written authorization are prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel, block, suspend, or reverse any order that appears:
Fraudulent
Automated
Duplicative
Intended to manipulate coupons, pricing, or payment systems
Made to disrupt, harm, or interfere with our business
This includes purchases made for competitive interference.
4. Refund Policy & Payment Processing Fees
Because digital course access and certificates are delivered instantly, refunds are strictly limited.
Refunds are allowed only within 24 hours of purchase and only if:
The course has not been accessed
No certificate has been issued
No CE hours have been reported
Bundles qualify only if none of the included courses were accessed.
No refunds are permitted once a course has been accessed, completed, or reported to NCBAHM (formerly NCCAOM), CE Broker, or any licensing board.
Payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal) charge non-refundable transaction fees on every payment.
Refund abuse protections remain in full force.
5. Certificates & License Reporting
Certificates and license reporting are issued based on the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your name, license number, and board details are correct.
Licensing boards and credentialing organizations operate independently, and Golden Nuggets LLC makes no guarantee regarding how any board interprets, audits, approves, or applies continuing education hours, certificates, or educational content.
If you require continuing education registration with any board or reporting service, including but not limited to NCBAHM, CE Broker, CDR, NCBTMB, or any other licensing or credentialing organization, you must email your licensure information to:

You are responsible for retaining copies of your completion certificates.
Once CE credits are reported or certificates issued, they cannot be reversed and refunds are no longer available.
Misrepresentation of credentials or identity may result in account termination without refund.
6. Educational Use & Medical Disclaimer
6.1 No Medical Advice
All content, materials, courses, videos, diagrams, demonstrations, written instructions, and techniques (“Content”) are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or replace medical care and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
6.2 User Assumes All Risk
You voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility and all risks, including injury, discomfort, or adverse reactions.
6.3 No Professional Relationship
Use of the Content does not create a provider-patient, therapist-client, instructor-student, or professional relationship.
6.4 General Public Access Disclaimer
Certain courses available to the general public:
Are not medical treatment
Are not individualized care
Are not intended to replace professional healthcare
You agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider before attempting techniques if you have any medical condition.
6.5 Educational Demonstrations & Scope of Practice
Some videos, demonstrations, or instructional materials may depict advanced or professional techniques intended for licensed practitioners or trained individuals.
You agree not to perform any technique outside your lawful scope of practice, professional training, or physical capability. Golden Nuggets LLC is not responsible for misuse or improper application of educational materials.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Share or resell accounts, videos, certificates, or materials
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Website
Exploit pricing, coupons, refunds, or reporting systems
Submit false license information
Attempt to disrupt or financially harm our operations
Harassment, abusive language, threats, intimidation, or repeated bad-faith communication toward staff or instructors may result in termination without refund.
7.1 Reviews, Public Statements & Non-Disparagement
You agree that any reviews, testimonials, comments, or public statements must be truthful, based on actual experience, and not misleading.
You agree not to post knowingly false, defamatory, or misleading statements or engage in coordinated review attacks intended to harm the Company.
Nothing in this section limits lawful consumer opinions or good-faith feedback.
8. Termination
Golden Nuggets LLC may suspend or terminate any account or access without refund for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse, fraud, or misconduct.
9. Arbitration, Informal Resolution & Legal Disputes
9.1 Mandatory Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration or any legal proceeding, you agree to contact Golden Nuggets LLC in writing at info@flashacuceus.com and provide a detailed description of your concern.
Both parties agree to engage in good-faith efforts to resolve the matter informally for at least sixty (60) days.
During this time, the Company may offer:
Technical assistance
Accessibility accommodations
Course adjustments
Refunds or credits at its discretion
Alternative access methods
Failure to participate in this informal resolution process constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
9.2 Opportunity to Cure
You agree that Golden Nuggets LLC must be provided a reasonable opportunity to investigate and cure any alleged issue before any claim may proceed.
Reasonable cure periods may include technical fixes, alternative materials, extended access, or refunds where appropriate.
9.3 Binding Arbitration & Venue
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration.
Arbitration shall occur in:
Montrose County, Colorado, or in the county of the Company’s principal residence at the time of filing.
You waive:
Jury trials
Class actions
Mass arbitrations
Representative claims
If arbitration is found unenforceable, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Montrose County, Colorado.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All courses and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding exam results, board approval decisions, or license outcomes.
Licensing boards and credentialing organizations operate independently, and Golden Nuggets LLC makes no guarantee regarding how any board interprets or applies continuing education.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Nuggets LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado.
13. Accessibility & Reasonable Accommodation Policy
Golden Nuggets LLC is committed to providing accessible educational experiences.
You agree to contact us directly before initiating any legal action regarding accessibility so that we may provide reasonable assistance or alternative access.
Accessibility improvements may occur over time, and not all third-party platforms are controlled by the Company.
You agree to allow a reasonable opportunity to cure any issue before asserting an accessibility claim.
14. Commercially Reasonable Efforts
Golden Nuggets LLC agrees to provide educational content and support using commercially reasonable efforts.
You acknowledge that licensing boards, technology platforms, and educational standards may change, and the Company is not required to provide unlimited customization or support beyond what is commercially reasonable.
15. Third-Party Platforms & Digital Delivery
The Website may rely on third-party platforms including learning management systems, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, and communication services.
Golden Nuggets LLC does not control and is not responsible for the performance, availability, accessibility, uptime, or functionality of third-party systems.
Temporary interruptions, delays, outages, or technical issues caused by third-party services or internet infrastructure do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Golden Nuggets LLC reserves the right to modify course formats, instructors, delivery methods, materials, or platform features at any time to maintain regulatory compliance or improve educational quality.
16. Recovery of Costs
If Golden Nuggets LLC prevails in any arbitration or legal proceeding arising from misuse of the Website, abusive claims, fraud, or violations of these Terms, you agree to reimburse reasonable legal fees, arbitration costs, and expenses.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
