In order to access certain features of the Website, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed to keep it current.

1.3 Course Enrollment

Upon enrollment in a course offered on the Website, you agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions provided within the course materials.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership

You agree to pay all fees associated with courses or services purchased through the Website.

3.2 Refund Policy

Upon purchase, course content is made available immediately, and all fees are considered non-refundable except as outlined below.

If you believe you have made an ordering error, please contact us immediately at info@gnceus.com. A course exchange may be offered at our discretion if the course has not been accessed.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Individual Courses: Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase only if the course has not been accessed or completed and no certificate has been issued.

  • Course Bundles: Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase only if none of the courses in the bundle have been accessed or completed and no certificates have been issued.

  • Accessed or Completed Courses: No refunds will be issued once a course has been accessed or completed, including when continuing education hours have been reported to NCMTMB or submitted through CE Broker, where applicable.
