How Our NCBTMB Approved Courses Meet Nebraska Massage Renewal Requirements
Nebraska massage therapists must complete 16 continuing education hours every two years, including at least 3 hours in massage therapy ethics. Nebraska allows up to 8 of the required 16 hours to be completed through online or electronic media, with the remaining hours completed through live, hands-on instruction.
We also offer an 8-Hour Nebraska Online CE Package featuring our 5-CE Advanced Acupressure Techniques for Musculoskeletal Pain course and a 3-CE Medical Ethics course, providing the maximum 8 online continuing education hours permitted for Nebraska license renewal.
The 12-CE Advanced Acupressure Techniques for Musculoskeletal Pain course may be used for up to 8 general online continuing education hours toward Nebraska's renewal requirement, which is the maximum number of online CE hours permitted by the state.
The 5-CE Advanced Acupressure Techniques for Musculoskeletal Pain course satisfies 5 online continuing education hours toward Nebraska's renewal requirement. This self-paced course is NCBTMB Approved and may be completed entirely online at your convenience.
The 4-CE Medical Ethics for Healthcare Professionals Package course satisfies Nebraska's 3-hour ethics requirement and is also completed entirely online through our NCBTMB Approved Provider program.
After completing 8 online CEs, Nebraska massage therapists would still need to complete 8 hours of live, hands-on continuing education to satisfy the remainder of the state's renewal requirements.
All courses are 100% online, self-paced, NCBTMB Approved, and include a certificate of completion upon successful completion.
