Professional ethics, HIPAA compliance, patient confidentiality, documentation, communication, informed consent, professional boundaries, dual relationships, and risk management for massage therapists.
ADA Compliance, Accessibility & Patient Safety (2 Hours)
Legal responsibilities under the ADA, accessibility requirements, reasonable accommodations, patient safety, and best practices for providing equitable care in the massage therapy setting.
This package provides 4 online CE hours that are NCBTMB approved and approved for online CE credits for Texas Massage Board.
12-Hour Advanced Acupressure for Musculoskeletal Pain Relief
Our flagship 12-Hour Advanced Acupressure for Musculoskeletal Pain Relief course includes demonstrations of acupressure techniques and body point locations for the treatment of musculoskeletal pain. Because Texas does not permit online continuing education in massage or soft-tissue manipulation, this course might not be eligible be applied toward Texas online CE requirement.
